NEW VACANCY – TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADVISOR
An exciting new position has become available within our technical support department. Working alongside a small team of highly skilled professionals, this diverse and interesting role involves inter-departmental collaboration to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery of technical advice to veterinary practices.
Avacta Animal Health, part of the Avacta Group, is an independent UK veterinary laboratory centred on the work-up and management of allergic disease through evidence-based solutions. We pride ourselves on our innovation, supportive working environment and exemplary quality of service.
We are looking for someone with laboratory or veterinary practice experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will also have a self-motivated and confident approach to their work, enjoy problem-solving and provide technical expertise and support to colleagues. Previous experience of customer service, particularly within the clinical or commercial sectors, is essential. A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
The position is a permanent role and could be either full or part-time, and is home-based. Occasional travel to our Wetherby site may be required. Our friendly team will provide training and support to enable you to achieve your potential in this rewarding industry, with opportunities for career progression and continued education.
